‘Savor the North Fork’ Campaign 

On-going, weekly integrated communications program (email / social media / website / promotion / advertising / events / partnerships) showcasing the diversity of the North Fork while telling the authentic stories of the people, businesses and organizations who call this vital, vibrant region home. 

‘Win a Greenport Getaway’ Promotion

Highly successful month-long integrated sweepstakes communications program creating awareness for Greenport as a year-round destination to visit, stay, dine, shop and experience all this great village has to offer. We engaged 60,000+ people through our dedicated list, partnerships and digital advertising that connected visitors and prospects directly to participating businesses from Hospitality, Retail and Transportation sectors. This program yielded a robust response rate with happy participants.

Fancy Food Show NY
North Fork Authentic built community, connected new and evergreen producers with new buyers and audiences, helped launch North Fork brands and increased overall awareness of the North Fork as a provider of high quality food, beverage, agriculture and aquaculture products.

We presented 20 diverse producers from all categories in a North Fork branded booth at North America’s largest specialty food show focused on 23,000 qualified global buyers. Our daily food & beverage tastings drove traffic, awareness, understanding and sales of the high quality, diverse ‘portfolio’ of goods produced on the North Fork. 

This springboard launched Simply Nicki, connected Holy Schmitt’s Horseradish, Backyard Brine, North Fork Potato Chips, Crescent Duck, The Organic Harvest, I&me Farm, North Fork Flower Farm, cHarissa, Taste of the North Fork, Darious Date Cookie, The Lenz Winery, Race Wines, Greenport Harbor Brewery, LI Spirits and many others to new markets that resulted in increased awareness and sales. The Media and bloggers featured the North Fork and specific producers in print and digital consumer and trade publications.

North Fork Authentic Marketplace

Introductory launch pad for startup brands as well as a new sales channel for evergreen producers. This marketplace included a diverse selection of goods. Being relaunched soon.

Expanded Sales Channels
North Fork Authentic functioned as wholesaler to expand the volume and reach of North Fork oyster and related accessory sales, selling in programs to a variety of overlooked hospitality chains. These buyer partners were also interested in the entire North Fork ‘portfolio’.

North Fork Fresh
This annual summer kick-off fundraiser for the Oysterponds Historical Museum was our debut to connect with the North Fork community and tell our story. Our refrigerated truck served as food storage for the event and a prime billboard to all.

Concierge Food Distribution
North Fork Authentic provided concierge food distribution that expanded reach and delivery to new customers beyond the North Fork to the entire East End, Suffolk County, Nassau County, New York City and up the coast of Maine, increasing awareness and sales.
