North Fork Roasting Co.
Artisan coffee roasters Jennilee and Jess take coffee seriously – and strive to make sure every coffee bean they roast is the best it can possibly be. They approach every step of the coffee process with careful thought. Their expertise is finding and developing the true characteristics of each bean and making sure that the hard work put into the cultivation, processing and transportation of these precious beans is preserved to bring you a great cup of coffee. Every time! Their other delectable treats are yum too!

North Fork Arts Center
North Fork Arts Center is a new vision for the Sapan Greenport Theatre. Their mission is to provide an inclusive cultural arts center where the North Fork community can come together.

North Fork Sea Salt
Launched by chef Scott Bollman with his wife Kassata in 2013, North Fork Sea Salt is a small batch artisan producer that harvests each batch of salt from Orient sea water. Taken over by Dennis Borowsky, he continues the tradition and only harvests and bottles when conditions are just right, ensuring the highest quality of every small batch of sea salt. They utilize the ancient method of “fleur de sel” using fire, finished by sun and open air to produce the perfect finishing salt.

North Fork Teddy Bears
Renee Murray, North Fork Teddy Bears owner and designer, launched her passion project in April 2021 in Orient, designing and producing handmade, high quality teddy bears on the North Fork. With extensive experience in the fashion industry, she opted for a life change for a more fulfilling path while spreading joy in the process.
Each bear is cut, sewn and stuffed by hand with fine attention to detail. Each unique, hypo allergenic bear will make someone smile, want to cuddle or feel warm all over – whatever their age! Each can be personalized. Custom bears created too!

North Fork Art Collective
The North Fork Art Collective (NFAC) is an ever-changing, community driven creative entity for working artists to collaborate and grow together. We aim to encourage artists of all mediums, ages, skill/career levels to foster positive growth through the arts in our community.

Old Orchard Nursery
The 15-acre nursery site in Orient was established by the Morton’s in 1999 and chosen for its fine soil – with the idea of both preserving the land and continuing the tradition of North Fork farming. Old Orchard Nursery specializes in native, maritime and hedging plant material, including beech, hornbeam, privet, boxwood, holly, arbor vitae, white and black pine, hydrangea and oak.

One For All Gifts
This retail gift collective is a shared space with purpose – they’re more than a collection of items to sell, they’re a collection of stories to tell! Mother-and-son team Theresa and Sean DeMarco, a young man on the Autism Spectrum, opened this unique ‘gallery’ to showcase the work and celebrate the potential of neurodiverse adults, providing a dignified means of income and sustainability.

One Woman Wines & Vineyards
Claudia Purita, originally from Calabria, Italy, is the ‘One Woman’ of this unique vineyard. She personally plants and nurtures each vine, believing the results are in the tasting of the final wines. The vineyard, winery and adjacent farm is maintained with strict sustainability standards.

Palmer Vineyards
Founded in 1983 by Bob Palmer among the vineyards of Long Island, Bob set out to produce wines of excellent quality, saying “I have to set the standards high – my name is on every bottle.” Today, owned and operated by the Massoud Family of Paumanok Vineyards, Palmer Vineyards has established itself as one of the most visible and well-reputed Long Island estate wineries. Throughout the years, the vineyard and its wines have received numerous accolades.

Osprey’s Dominion, founded in 1983 and one of the original three North Fork vineyards, has 90 acres under vine in a bucolic setting in Peconic, New York

North Fork TV Festival
Founded in 2016, the North Fork TV Festival celebrates the craft of television with top industry panels, artist development workshops, networking parties, and highly curated programming.

Orient Country Store
Delicious home made baked goods, including seasonal pies, tarts, cookies, cakes, breads, muffins and lemon squares, superb ice cream and much more – created by Miriam with the help and support of husband Grayson, who makes specialty salsa and other savory delights.

Oregon Road Organics is a family owned and operated Organic Farm on the North Fork of Long Island.

Orient Linen Co.
The quaint shop, housed in a former barbershop in Orient, has antique fittings that display their stylish cotton quilts, aprons and napkins, woolen blankets, and a lovely collection of salt cellars and porcelain soap dishes, puzzles and a variety of unique items – something for everyone. Their online store matches the charm and style of their brick and mortar location and is well worth a visit.

Oysterponds Farm
Established in 2003, they’re a small family farm located in Orient that specializes in naturally grown berries. Everything is grown without the use of synthetic pesticides, utilizing organic methods. All produce is hand picked daily. They only sell what they grow.

Oysterponds Historical Society
Founded in 1944, Oysterponds Historical Society (OHS) maintains seven historically-significant buildings, cares for 8+ acres of grounds, and actively manages a collection of over 60,000 items. Every year OHS offers myriad compelling exhibitions of contemporary or historical significance, lectures, webinars, and other community events and activities focused on the North Fork hamlets of Orient and East Marion and open to the public. Additionally, three of OHS’s historic buildings are open to the public on a regular basis during the summer months.
