Carroll's Kitchen


Chef Ryan Carroll is a Long Island native who graduated from the Culinary Institute of America while also completing exchange programs at West Point and a food, wine and agriculture trip to various regions of Spain. From there Ryan worked in NYC and Long Island for Chefs Jean Georges, José Andrés, John Fraser at North Fork Table and more. 

Ryan is currently Head Chef at Carroll’s Kitchen LI – his Non-Profit and Carroll’s Catering – his private chef and catering company.
