A female-owned and operated family business that was established in 2018 by Elizabeth Peeples and Stefanie Bassett. They grow high quality oysters on the east end of Shelter Island, near Little Ram Island in the ‘big’ water of Gardiners Bay, which provides plenty of nutrients for their oysters to thrive. When the ladies aren’t schlepping, shucking or slurping, they’re taking care of their baby boy Finn.
